What made you join Fakir Fashion Limited?
I bring with me experience working in leading Multinational Corporations of the world such as Debenhams, C&A-Germany and I also have worked in a leading Middle Eastern company called Al Habtour Leighton Group. Hence I believe, it was the right decision for me to join Fakir Fashion Limited at the time when it was going through a huge transformation. I was thrilled to know that an opportunity to lead its Performance Management Systems department was available. Within the PMS department, I was given the space to introduce ideas and work with a strong dedicated team of professionals. Who can deny such opportunities?

What are your plans on maintaining this momentum of Success and Growth?
FFL has given me the scope and exposure to huge strides in the arena of PMS and its implementation processes and stages within the Textile & Garments sector. I am grateful that FFL has not only ensured that I am well equipped with the right resources but I have been also given the prospect of growing together. I seek to demonstrate my capabilities by adopting the principle of Continuous Professional Development and believe that FFL will facilitate this as it has since the start.

What made you join Fakir Fashion Limited?
I am an experienced Chartered Accountancy professional with certification on VAT & Tax laws and rules of Bangladesh, seeking to implement best practice with VAT & Taxation processes within any organization I work for. After learning about Fakir Fashion Limited and an opening as a lead for its Bills Payable team, I put myself forward for the position and securing it. I am glad to have joined a company that has such a far sighted 360-degree strategy. From its Accounting practices to production level processes, Fakir Fashion Ltd. embodies the true definition of a Progressive Organization.

What are your plans on maintaining this momentum of Success and Growth?
Success and growth at FFL is synonymous. It is such a pleasure to be working for a company that does not shy away from challenges and challenge seekers. As I believe I am a challenge seeker, I have found FFL and its work environment conducive and harmonious to work and grow. What made you join Fakir Fashion Limited?
I have built my career on forensic accounting and introduced strategic alignment when it comes to Accounts and its management. So I was excited to know that an opportunity within its Strategic Management department was available and took the opportunity straight away. I believe my abilities and skills, acquired from working for one of the largest conglomerates of Bangladesh namely Square Group, gives me the advantage to analyze accounting data and propose efficient methodologies. I have found the scope to work here with that freedom.

What are your plans on maintaining this momentum of Success and Growth?
My plan is to introduce updated and efficient Accounting practices that exemplifies best industry practice with a focus on cost optimization. As I have been given those resources by FFL and its management, I will do my utmost best to show my dedication and focus on achieving the goals of my department and the vision of the company.
